Business hours of reception: 24 hours Hotel Telegraaf is located in the heart of the historical old town of Tallinn. The renovation of the old telephone exchange (hence the name) lead to the development of this luxury hotel with a beautiful facade. The hotel opened its doors for the first time in September 2006. The 86 rooms are spread over 4 floors and have different themes. All of them are named after famous innovators of modern communication systems, e.g. the Alexander Graham Bell Suite.
